Well this has been quite interesting. Eames apparently used a three letter coding system for their products so this would be a DAR, where D stands for Dining height, A for version with Arms and R equals steel Rod.
This single chair has all the correct stamps and is available new for $1,500 from Melbourne retailers. If you are prepared to wait 20 + weeks for delivery.
There are some scuff marks and that rubber foot is missing, but it looks like you can buy a packet of 4 on Amazon for $10.
